Pull Apart Spinach Bruschetta
This recipe came about because I had just created the most perfect Tomato Bisque soup I have ever had the pleasure of tasting, BUT, it seemed like it needed something equally as perfect to go along with it.
HOWEVER, I did NOT have any fresh basil but wanted a Bruschetta type of feel to go with it.
I DID have spinach, however, so…I put together a few things and made this delightful and delicious dish that I could seriously just eat all by itself, just like nachos!! In fact, feel free to pile up that toasted bread and this mixture on top and eat it AS IS. Yum!
