Sausage, Egg & Cheese English Muffin
I knew when I was creating my Sweet & Spicy Seitan Sausages that I wanted to create a breakfast sandwich to go along with them. It was my plan all along! Well, today, I made that sandwich and was over the moon excited that they really came out more than perfect!
This recipe is more about how to make the “egg” than anything else, because I also used my recipe for the amazing ‘Creamy Cheese Sauce‘ with this. I used the cheese sauce cold, and spread it on like butter.
So, you will need to make the sausages and the cheese sauce. Of course, if you’d like to use store bought cheese and sausages as well, that is your prerogative.
You can use vegan butter as well and butter up those sourdough pieces if you’d like. I did, but again, it is only an option.
