Sausage, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Bagel
This breakfast bagel has gotten a lot of attention and a recipe has been requested. I most often throw things together at the last minute, but it did come out really well and was pretty tasty. This was actually made for my husband.
In the past, I have made tofu scrambles and they just seem to come out a little too wet for me for some reason. Today, I started with the intention of making this bagel sandwich and implemented a little last minute trick to keep it together and less watery. It worked, and from now on, I will be using it!
The trick is to sprinkly a little bit of tapioca starch over your scramble when it is just about done and then mix it in.
