This falls into the category of super quick! From start to finish less than 30 minutes for sure!

I love eating the colors of the rainbow! So vibrant and full of life!

Eating this way has been quite simple and I honestly love creating food with the abundance of the earth! Who doesn’t love sinking their teeth into some delicious pizza?!

I topped this with my favorite creamy cheese sauce, and if you haven’t read about it yet, I urge you to hop on over and check out that recipe. It is 100% plant based and oil free. In other words, super duper healthy!

This pizza is actually GREAT for the waistline! These are small flatbreads, not the large size.

Here are some other pictures I snapped of this pizza:

This one was taken after I had cut it all up. I sprinkled some freshly chopped spinach on top as well!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. While the oven is heating, prepare your pizza sauce. Combine your tomato paste, water, garlic powder, onion powder and italian seasonings and give it a good stir. Set aside.
  3. Once the oven has heated, place your 2 flatbreads on top of a pizza stone and bake for 7 minutes.
  4. While your flatbreads are baking, slice up your bell peppers and the red onion. If you are going to be using the Creamy Cheese Sauce, now is a good time to get it heated up and stirred.
  5. One the flatbreads are taken out of the oven, top with your pizza sauce, then sprinkle some oregano on top of that.
  6. Top with all of your veggies.
  7. Then, add your Creamy Cheese Sauce on top.
  8. Finally, top it off with more oregano and place into oven on your pizza stones to bake for an additional 7 minutes.
  9. After 7 minutes, take them out and serve immediately. You can keep them whole or cut them up into slices. They will not be crunchy like a pizza baked with dough. These will stay a little soft. Very good!
  10. Add your fresh spinach ribbons on top!
