Potato Pizza Crust or Bread
This is a recipe I am proud of. Completely gluten free, oil-free, and 100 percent healthy.
Who knew you could not only make a pizza crust out of potatoes, but also turn that into bread as well???? Yes, one of my favorites!
You can use this for any pizza, but, I think using this topped with a tofu scramble, low fat vegan sausage, a vegan white gravy and other cut up veggies would be fantastic!
I have also used this as bread for my burgers! Awesome yes?! They hold up well too!
