Crispy Tempeh ‘BLT’
Many people who are vegan don’t like looking at recipes that mimic a meat eaters diet. However, I did not initially stop eating meat because I hated the taste. You can read a little bit about why I stopped eating meat in the ‘About Me’ section. Now, I help others transition over to eating more plant based foods. I love that I can create a recipe that mimic’s what people on a SAD diet used to eat. It is then easier to transition, in my very humble opinion.
Creating this recipe does take at least a day in advance preparation, as the tempeh bacon recipe will need to be made first. Check out that recipe and then come back here. From there, it is quite simple.
You will love this once it is all put together.
